"Booking was easy, for once"
I usually can’t stand booking stuff online because it’s always slow, confusing, or something doesn’t work. But this was actually quick and easy. I had a question and they answered right away, which was a relief because I hate waiting around for answers. They were super friendly on the phone too, and I kept thinking, why can’t every place make it this simple? No hassle, no runaround, no annoying back-and-forth. Just easy.

"Felt safe, but not the comfiest ride"
The ride felt safe enough and the staff did check everything, which I appreciated. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price I expected the seats to be a bit more comfortable. They felt hard, and the ride was bumpier than I would’ve liked.

"Had a really good time on this..."
Had a really good time on this ride. Our guide was super friendly and knew a lot about the area, which made it more interesting. The whole trip was fun overall, and there was just something about it that made the experience feel really easygoing and enjoyable.

"Such a fun ride with tons of wildlife to see"
We had such a great time on the airboat and it ended up being one of the highlights of our whole day in the area. I figured we might see a gator or two, but we actually saw quite a few, along with a bunch of different birds and even some turtles just hanging out and sunning themselves, which was really fun to watch. The guide was great about slowing down in the right spots so everyone could get a good look and take pictures without feeling like we were being rushed along. The whole ride had a really relaxed, easygoing feel to it, but it was still exciting and fun the entire time. Definitely glad we did it.

"Fun, but felt a little short"
The ride was fun and I did enjoy it, but I have to admit I was expecting a bit more. It kind of felt like it was over quickly, especially for what was advertised.
